The cancellation policy varies depending on the platform used and is clearly indicated on each platform at the time of booking.
In general, the following policies apply:
A cancellation more than 60 days before arrival results in the loss of 10% of the reservation amount.
A cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival results in the loss of 50% of the reservation amount.
A cancellation less than 30 days before arrival results in the loss of the full reservation amount.

Our on-call team is available 7 days a week to assist you. You will receive an email with all relevant contact information prior to arrival.
Yes. A security deposit is required prior to arrival and is refunded after departure, provided the chalet is left in acceptable condition.
